Questions about pricing
What happens if I need more seats than my plan includes?
You can add seats any time from your account settings. Starter includes 1 seat and Team includes 3, with additional seats billed at +$29/month each (+$290/year on annual billing). If you need a large or custom seat count, Business plans are built for that — get in touch and we'll size it with you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Team, and Business at any time as your business changes. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get access to new features straight away; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What's included in the free trial?
Starter and Team both come with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to that plan's features, so you can put Cadexus to work on real quotes and jobs before committing. A card is required to start the trial, and it converts automatically to a paid subscription at day 14 unless you cancel first.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your jobs, quotes, clients, and pricing data remain available so you can export what you need after cancelling. Reach out to our team any time if you'd like help exporting your data or have questions about your account.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
No. All prices on this page are shown exclusive of GST, in line with standard practice for Australian business software. GST is added at checkout.
